RAVIOLI Stool
Softly padded linoleum seats
By Daniel Lorch
The RAVIOLI Stool is an exercise in the experimental 3D forming of linoleum by designer Daniel Lorch. It is characterised by an inflated, rounded, seat with a soft cushion effect, reminiscent of a filled pocket of pasta, from where its name derives. The result is a bar stool that is easy to move around the home or workspace, providing a comfortable, familiar seat wherever you need it.

3D-formed linoleum
In cooperation with Daniel Lorch, Faust has developed a new production process that shapes linoleum, originally intended as a flat sheet material, into a three-dimensional form. A layer of felt is sandwiched between a sheet of linoleum and bonded leather. This sandwich renders a pleasant and subtle cushioning effect for perfect seating comfort.

RAVIOLI Stool variants
The slender RAVIOLI steel frame comes in two colour options. The 3D-shaped linoleum seat can be customised in each of the linoleum colours, allowing the stool to naturally blend with your interior while providing warm, tactile comfort. The stool can be stacked for easy storage. The collection also includes the RAVIOLI Bar Stool, available in two heights, with footrests for added comfort.
