General Terms of Trade
1. Scope
The following terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Lino Products Ltd and the customers who buy goods through our web store. Terms conflicting with or deviating from our terms and conditions will not be accepted by us. The contract language is English. The terms apply to online orders. If you buy from one of our trading partners, the respective terms and conditions of our partners apply.
2. Conclusion of contract
1 Our Internet offers are non-binding invitation to you to buy goods.
2 After entering your information and clicking the order button, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
3 With our immediate order confirmation sent by e-mail we accept the offer and completed the purchase contract at the same time. If we don’t Promptly confirm our acceptance of your offer, you are no longer bound to the purchase.
3. Storage of your order information
We store your order information including the details of the contract (e.g. type of product, price, etc.). You can not access information of past orders over via our website. To keep your order information and product description for your reference please take a screen shot or print our website at the point of purchase.
4. Correction notice
You can correct entered information using the delete key at any time before submitting your order. We will inform you throughout the order process of further options to correct your information. To completely stop the ordering process you can close the browser window at any time.
5. Prices
Prices shown on the web store are current, prices previously shown are no longer valid. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice . We don’t accept liability for any errors. Our prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate valid in the UK.

7. Payment
Up front payment only.
You will receive our bank details with the order confirmation by email.
Our lead-times start from when we receive your payment.
8. Retention of title
Delivered goods remain our property until full payment is received.
9. Delivery costs
Prices see delivery costs. Delivery costs to remote locations can increase. You will be notified as soon as possible if this is the case and you will have the right to cancel your order at this point. Our delivery costs are inclusive of VAT at the rate valid in the UK.
10. Deliveries
Deliveries can not be made to PO boxes and shipping forwarders. Delivery will take place during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Deliveries are made by personal delivery to the addressee stated in the order. The recipient’s signature is required upon delivery. The sender agrees that the transfer may be made to a third person, if it can be assumed that the person is entitled to accept the shipment. Third parties include present household members in the premises of the addressee (recipient) and employees of the recipient as well as immediate neighbors of the recipient. In case of a neighborhood delivery the recipient receives a notification card. If we are instructed before or during the delivery to leave the items with a neighbor or another place specified, this is entirely at the customers risk and we will not be held responsible. If a delivery can not be made in the manner described, a maximum of two further delivery attempts will be made. After this the shipment will be considered undeliverable. If a delivery fails we will charge for to cover our dispatch and return costs. We will inform you if an item you have ordered is not available at short notice. Items not available at the time of dispatch will not be sent by us, unless specifically requested by you.
11. Warranty
Our warranty is based on the statutory regulations. If an item shows obvious transport damage this must be brought to the immediate attention of the delivery person. The delivery person confirm the damages in writing. Please mark even small damages on the shipping documents and notify us immediately. Quick reporting of a fault or damage facilitates the clarification. The transport of goods is at the risk of the recipient. We don’t assume liability for specific deadlines.
12. Returns
Our products come with a 7 day returns policy. This excludes items which are special order i.e.: made to order, ordered for a particular customer and are not held in stock and sale items. If you are unsure as to what is a considered a special order please contact us before purchase. We have made every effort to ensure our images accurately represent the products sold through our website. However colours may vary on individual monitors and browsers, therefore we cannot guarantee that colours of items ordered will exactly match those displayed on-line. Items which are made of natural materials such as wood, leather or marble may also vary in colour and pattern. If you wish to return an item you should contact us by e-mail in the first instance. Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging. We recommend returning the goods by registered / insured post.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties. Refunds will be made once the items are received by us and a confirmation e-mail will be sent advising the refund amount. All returns must be unused or undamaged in any way and we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. Postage costs will not be refunded. We will only refund the account from which the original payment was made.
13. Privacy policy
We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential. We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumerlegislation in place. We confirm that any Personal Information which you provide to us (or which is available on public registers) and any User Information from which we can identify you, is held in accordance with the registration we have with the Data Commissionerʼs Office.
